Thanks to a special formulation of fluorine, silicone, and wax sourced from around the world, we achieve minimal transfer of release agents to molded products, resulting in excellent durability and release effects. Through our unique technology development and responsiveness, we propose products that satisfy our customers! 【Features】 ■ Cure Coat (solvent type) 〇 By baking onto the mold surface, it is possible to enhance durability for several dozen shots with a single application. 〇 It forms a hard film on the mold surface instead of oil, which is expected to help with mold contamination, fusion defects, and durability improvement. 〇 It is difficult to transfer to molded products, thus not adversely affecting subsequent processes. ■ Rush Coat (water-soluble type) 〇 As a non-flammable non-hazardous material, it offers high operational safety and does not require special equipment such as exhaust systems. 〇 It can be diluted with water in any desired ratio, providing excellent cost performance. 〇 Using the water-diluted product for each application is expected to help with mold contamination, mold cleaning effects, and prevention of fusion defects.
